You can complete the game within one playthrough, given that you give yourself a handicap right off the bat and take note of some of the missables. Although you would start with the handicap by equipping a weaker melee weapon, this is pretty much alleviated by focusing toward a ranged build. You would get the opportunity to play with the other weapons during the post-game, as the achievement is only required for the base game. The game has a lot of collectibles, but you can clean them up in the post-game, especially since the game gives you a lot of tools after you finish the base game. You could realistically finish without a guide or go through the base game without worrying about most of the collectible achievements.

The game is pretty short but fun and challenging, and attempting to complete it also brings in interesting post-game content. The game is designed in such a way that it’s meant to be completed.
